How Much Do Funded Trader Programs Cost?

funded futures trading programs futures trading information

2023 Note: The information below is several years old, and basically NONE of it applies anymore. I am leaving the post up, but for the newest pricing be sure to visit my Deals and Discounts page where the best pricing and deals available currently are.

In this article I’m going to focus only on the price of various funded trader programs, specifically the 5 I follow and have participated in: TopStep Trader cost, Earn2Trade cost, UProfit Trader cost, LeeLoo Trading cost and lastly OneUp Trader cost. I’ll use the $100,000 account level as a comparison since all 5 companies offer this level.

To learn about my full ranking of these programs, visit my Funded Trader Program page where I list out the pros and cons of each program.

As well worth mentioning, several of these funded program costs offer 1 time flash sales, as well as ongoing discounts you won’t find if you go directly to their sites. You can always find the latest deals and promotions here on my Deals and Contests Page which I update daily.

While I think it is important to consider the cost involved, I do suggest you don’t make your choice based only on price. While I stand behind all these programs, there are so many various pros and cons of each that you really should make sure each program offers the right mix and blend that is important to you.

5th Place: OneUp Trader

$100K Account: $300 per month

oneup trader

Since we are focused only on price, OneUp Trader has to take 5th place. Outright they aren’t the most expensive, but since they never offer discounts or run sales, the price below is basically always the price.

You can read my full review of OneUp Trader here.

  • $100K Account Details:
  • $300/month
  • 12 Contracts
  • $6,000 goal
  • 15 day evaluation
  • No scaling plan

4th Place: TopStep Trader

$100K Account: $260 first month using CFT Discount

topstep trader

TopStep Trader would be in 5th place with a standard price of $325 for a $100K account, BUT they offer all Canadian Futures Trader visitors 20% off if they are new to the program. That brings the price down to $260. Click here to claim 20% off. TopStep Trader seldom runs their own discounts and promos, so the 20% off is pretty nice.

You can read my full review of TopStep Trader here.

  • $100K Account Details:
  • $325/month normally, $260 after discount (first month only)
  • 10 Contracts
  • $6,000 goal
  • 15 day evaluation
  • Scaling plan on Step 2

3rd Place: Earn2Trade

$100K Account: $252 first month using CFT Discount

earn2trade

Earn2Trade is another program that offers all Canadian Futures Trader visitors 20% off your first month, so that makes what would be $315 for your first month only $252 after the discount. Earn2Trade does run their own promos each month, although it is usually on 1 specific account size.

You can read my full review of Earn2Trade here.

  • $100K Account Details:
  • $315/month normally, $252 after discount (first month only)
  • 12 Contracts
  • $6,000 goal
  • 15 day evaluation
  • Scaling plan

2nd Place: UProfit Trader

$100K Account: $189 first month using promo discount below

uprofit trader

UProfit Trader is a tricky one. While I don’t have a standard discount, they often run great promos. So most likely you will be able to get a price lower than the standard. Currently their promo is for 40% off and can be found here. I’m putting them in 2nd place since I believe they will have promos each month. If anything changes I’ll update the rankings.

You can read my full review of UProfit Trader here.

  • $100K Account Details:
  • $315/month normally, although often run promos like 40% off – see current promo here
  • 12 Contracts
  • $6,000 goal
  • 10 day evaluation
  • No scaling plan

1st Place: LeeLoo Trading

$100K Account: $198 first month using CFT Discount

Also: $100K LeeLoo Express Account: $77 (read more below)

leeloo trading

You can read my full review of LeeLoo Trading here.

LeeLoo Trading will win on pricing between these 5 programs. Their standard pricing with no discounts is by far the most affordable. As well they offer all Canadian Futures Trader visitors 10% off as well by clicking the banner or link. They as well often run flash sales, so you can often get various evaluations for a great deal like 50% off.

LeeLoo Trading also offers a LeeLoo Express for $77 which is also $100,000 account. The main difference is you must finish in 10 days and no more. If that wasn’t good enough, you also get your $77 refunded back when you pass! I have passed and am funded with LeeLoo Trading and can vouch for both the program and the refund. Below I listed their standard $100,000 evaluation parameters to stay comparable to the other companies, and as you can see it is by far the most affordable.

  • $100K Account Details:
  • $220/month
  • 12 contracts
  • $6,000 goal

Conclusion

Based on price alone LeeLoo comes out easily in first place. Earn2Trade and TopStep would be further towards the back, BUT since they offer Canadian Futures Trader visitors 20% off discounts if you are new to their programs, their pricing actually becomes much more favourable. UProfit Trader with their big discounts put them in 2nd place, with OneUp Trader who never runs promos or has any discount available comes in 5th.

As mentioned at the start, be sure to read our thorough reviews of each, and as well check for the latest discounts.

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical Performance Disclosure:

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results.
